Dear ZSL Tax Clients,

As the 2025 tax season approaches, we would like to remind you to book your appointment through our website, https://www.zsltax.com.

To secure your desired date and time, we recommend booking as soon as possible. You can book, cancel, and reschedule your appointment at your convenience under the Online Services tab. Choose the right option for you and pay the relevant fee in advance. If you end up cancelling or missing your appointment, rest assured that you will be reimbursed within five to seven business days by your credit card company.  A fee of $25 will be charged if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance; a fee of $50 will be charged for business tax returns.

We are asking our clients to come fully prepared with all their documents printed and ready to file. As you browse our website, be sure to check the Documents Needed tab, https://www.zsltax.com/document-needed.

Please keep in mind that if you forget to bring certain documents during your first appointment, a redo of your tax returns through our office will incur a fee of $100. Such redo appointments can be scheduled by clicking here https://www.zsltax.com/booking-calendar/missing-documents-after-original-filing?referral=service_list_widget.

If you have any dependents who worked during 2025, their tax returns must be filed separately. A $100 filing fee will apply for each dependent return.
