A. How should I check the status of my refund?

Q. How do I cancel, reschedule my appointment online?

A. When you log in to your account, on the right upper corner beside you name there is a drop-down arrow click on “My Bookings” you can cancel or reschedule.

Q. when I cancel my appointment, do I get my refund?

A. Yes, it will take 5-7 days to get your refund.

Q. What should I bring with me?

A. Check our website on “Document Needed” tab.

Q. What is extension?

A. If someone cannot file his/her tax return on time then they extend the time by filling an extension.

Q. When is the deadline for late filing?

A. The deadline for personal return with the extension is October 15th and for business is September 15th.

Q. What is the last day of electronic filling?

A. It is October 15th

Q. When is the deadline for business tax return?

A.  LLCs filing as a partnership must file Form 1065 by March 15 without an extension. With an extension, the deadline for filing is September 15. Shareholders must submit their Schedule K-1 as part of their personal income tax return by April 18

 LLCs filing as an S corporation must file Form 1120S by March 15 without an extension. With an extension, the deadline for filing is September 15. Shareholders must submit their Schedule K-1 as part of their personal income tax return by April 18.

 LLCs filing as a C corporation must file Form 1120 by April 18 without an extension. With an extension, the deadline for filing is October 17

LLCs filing as sole proprietors must submit Form 1040 by April 18 without an extension. With an extension, the deadline for filing is October 17.

Q. If I file my tax late, do I get penalized?

A. If you don’t owe money, you won’t pay any penalty, but we don’t know if you owe or not until we file your tax returns. That is why we recommend filing an extension.

Q. Is there any charges for extension?

A. Our fee is $50, but IRS doesn’t charge you for filing an extension.

Q. Can you give me an estimate (file my tax if I do not want it can I cancel it)?

A. No, we do not estimate any tax returns and we charge relevant fees, whether you file it or not.

Q. What do I need for new baby?

A. SSN and DOB

Q. My baby was born December 31st, can I still claim her on my tax return?

A. Yes, as long as the DOB falls into the same tax year, even if it is the last day of the year.

Q. We got married on December 31st can we file jointly?

A. Yes, you may

Q. I have no income can I still file my tax return?

A. No

Q. I do not have SSN and I applied for one, can I still file my tax return?

A. No, you cannot, but if you have tax ID you can file your tax return.

Q. Which pages of my tax return I need to send for a loan, or any proof of income?

A. The first ten pages

Q. Where on my tax return should I look for my income?

A. On 1040 line 11 (AGI, Adjusted Gross Income)

Q. Can I or my spouse claim our children as dependent on our W4 form?

A. Yes, but we recommend you should not claim anyone on your W4 form to be safe, so you don’t owe money at the end of the year.

Q. Can I print my documents in your office?

A. No, we expect and require all hard copies of your documents. 

Q. Can I bring my documents in a thumb drive?

A. No, due to security reasons, we do not want any external devices in our system.
